Depends on my mood :) I have enjoyed reading literary classics at times and at other times, have equally enjoyed children's fiction. Crime fiction has had its share of my bed-side table, as also anthologies of poetry.  Sometimes science fiction takes my fancy, and at other times its historical sagas - both what has been and what could be can be a source of endless fascination,​ is it not ?  One constant love has been travel writing. However the only books I buy and keep forever are my books on art.
