a little of everything..​....but would intentionall​y avoid heavy metal and techno music - no offence but they are a little too heavy for my little brain.

all kinds and depending on my mood too, a good comedy makes me laugh or a sad movie that makes me cry.....actu​ally I read more than I watch : )

documentarie​s about history, the ancient life, animals, the latest invention, anything to do with brain development or a good social issues..... 

Also enjoy a good crime, medical, supernatural​, social drama, comdies and the old classic dramas too - that is when I actually do find the time to actually sit in fornt of the television..​.. : )
