Yes we do! and if your from the outback or the rural farms then no one can understand, even city people. So dont worry about it, its hard for even other Aussies to follow the Aussie accent lol
Well I dont think so, pretty much everyone seems to talk like movie stars and really clearly. I used to work with a few Americans and they were all easy to understand.
