I like to try many different things. However, eating an insect is not one of them. I have no idea now Les Stroud, Bear Grylls or Anthony Bourdain do it but it is not for me. I like to get outside when the weather is nice. I like to take rides on my bicycle and play golf and soccer

My other passions are cooking, politics, reading, traveling and playing with computers. Yes, I am a nerd, geek, dork. That is ok with me. I like to tinker with my computers and see what they can do. Cooking is perhaps my greatest passion next to computers. I like to experiment with food as it is hard to do that with computers. So, I end up making some really good stuff and some not so great stuff. But it is ok, that is how you learn.

I really enjoy football (soccer), music, playing guitar, traveling, computers, cooking and reading.

I have a wide range of tastes but my favorites revolve around current indie bands and 60s and 70s rock. So that would include the Rolling Stones, the Beatles, the Who, Eric Clapton, Hefner, the Mountain Goats, Nada Surf, the Beta Band, Bob Dylan, Neil Young and Tom Petty.

WarGames, V for Vendetta, Shawshank Redemption (really anything with Morgan Freeman is a good movie), Real Genius and The Darjeeling Limited.
