That's because I don't want to give any deep informations at the beginning. I think, telling it in a personal message is better (if it's asked) than giving it directly to the profile. Additionally, there are people who will ask the same questions about this and that anyway because they don't read your profile. I find many profiles are too long. Personal messages are more likely to be read.
