My name is Christina, people call me Christina or Chris.  I am your typical girl next door. 

I live in a suburb of New York City.  I work in finance.

The questions below cover a lot of ice breaker questions.  We'll have lots more to talk about later.

I'd love to meet people around the world, but am especially interested in the South Pacific (Australia/ New Zealand) and Western Europe areas.

I am looking for friendship only.  I enjoy learning about different cultures.  It's also nice to get an email / letter from a friend.  I am hoping to find a few people who will not stop writing after a few letters.

I LOVE all types of music.  Trying to get all of my CDs onto my ipod is taking forever.  I tend to be stuck in the 80s and 90s when it comes to music, but  there are a lot great oldies and new acts that are out today as well.

I like action, romantic and comedy movies.   There wouldn't be enough room on this questionaire​ to tell you all the movies / actors I like, but these are some of my favorites.

I'm one of those people who rents the dvds of tv shows when they come out.  I don't always get the time to watch my favorite shows week after week.  Right now I am on "Lost"​ marathon.  I also like shows like CSI, NCIS, Law and Order, the West Wing.  I have not seen a good comedy in a while, but I am sure we can find some to talk about.

I enjoy reading, especially mysteries.  Nothing beats a day at the beach or rainy afternoon to read a good book.
