I do quite a lot of long distance hill-walking​ and I find that keeps me slim 'n' trim. Plus, I enjoy being out in the countryside with great views, all around. Can't stand gyms - sweaty, smelly places, often playing terrible music... not my scene.. Don't need 'em to stay in shape.   :-)
