The terms are used for many contexts, but if you read psychology textbooks will see that the people who use this practice, yes get a "sexual" pleasure, not necessarily have to reach orgasm or anything, but the pleasure is included in sexual terms. An asexual person has no interest in this kind of pleasure or interest in almost no pleasure, not even enjoy the food.
