Hey people! I'm ilya I'm 19 years old and I live in bat-yam Israel. I enjoy reading, listening to music, working out, and studying japanese.
My favourat book genres are fantasy and novels (particulary historic novels by Alexander Dumas ). I'm a martial artist. Always was, always will be! I practised kung fu for two years and now a days I practise taekwondo and have been doing so for 7 months now (and enjoying every moment of it!). Recently I joined the IDF (israeli defence forces) so I wont be able to answer very quickly but feel free to leave messages, I will answer them as fast as possiable.

More so on specific American states like Texas and Louisiana. I also have been reading up on Mexico and know a few good books on the subject now. For example, "Fire & Blood: The History of Mexico" is an excellent historical text on Mexico from its earliest history to now.
Sounds interesting! I must read this series sometime. Also, if you're interested in North American History, there are a few books I can recommend that you might be interested in!
Very little going on here, my friend. Yes you have told me you are in the IDF. And like yourself, I too serve in the military. US Navy. Don't believe I've read any of Terry Goodkins' works.
Hey what's going on? Haven't talked with you much lately. Anything new? Any new books you've read??
konnichiwaaa! ahhh gomen ne osoku natte! sorosoro bunka sai ga atte sono junbi de chooo isogashii :S:P genki!?
Michener doesn't so much write about a period. He usually chooses places or circumstances and writes a novel based on the chain of events that takes place there. He wrote a book called "Hawaii", which is about the island state. It talks about the four different groups of people who settle there throughout history: The Polynesians, the English, the Japanese, and the Chinese. It's a really good read!
Shalom!

Shalom! What's up? Just wanted to write and say good choice in literature. Alexander Dumas is awesome! If you're into historical novels, read James Michener. That is some really good stuff there.
