Because of large population  Moscow has crazy traffic jams (I've sold my car because I do not need it any more - traffic jams, so I prefect subway^^). However, public transport (buses, subway, ) is also crowded - population! Moscow has a population more than 11 million. I think it is 15 million and even more:) Eventually, our compact planning make some people pretty angry because every one needs a private space.

you are absolutely right. To live in Moscow (not only Moscow but St. Petersburg also) you need special document. But it is hard to live there. Moscow has area like as LA, for example. But population in Moscow more than 3 times higher than in LA.

hmmmm.... I don't know, Portuguese is a hard language (I don't know its grammar xD)
