Nee nee, je hebt gelijk, Halle is in Vlaanderen :p but not everyone speaks Flemish in Flanders hahah (not my case I speak Dutch as far as I can!)

Personally, I prefer English because:
1. I think I speak better Engish than Dutch (heel moeilijke taal zeg)
2. It's a way for us to improve our skills (het is te gemakelijk voor jij als we in Nederlands blijven he)
3. As you see, I like using multiple languages in a same sentence
4. Yes I live in Belgium but trust me, people in the french side have a lot of diifficulties in Dutch :P
