About Me:
Lately I've been pretty lucky with the mosquitoes if you know what I mean. They seem more than attracted to me. Do you think it's just lust?
I'm pigeon-toed but in denial.
I keep trying to think of flattering qualities of mine, but my thoughts are cut off by a horrific pain in my back. Which brings me to another not so flattering quality, that quality being my grandma-like back pains. Something I unfortunately have in common with the elderly is sound effects while removing myself from the seated position. I normally try to silence my, uh, groans (?), but sometimes the pain is so unbearable that expressing it makes me feel somewhat better. So, there you have it.
Perhaps I'll think of something flattering when I'm not too busy groaning.

Requests:
I would really enjoy having a penpal, I only have one and she lives about twenty miles from me, hah.
Interests, Hobbies, etc.:
I'm not really into big social scenes like crazy parties and things. I do enjoy a great concert, though. Also bicycling, debating, reading, writing, coffee, art, tea, the guitarra, mandolina, piano, bass, cheese, thrift stores, & swimming. I'm quite indecisive about what I want to have as an occupation, but I'm working on a solid choice. I can set in stone the fact that my profession must involve English and writing. I was also sort of considering law. I don't even know.
Favorite Music:
Radiohead, the Creatures, Jesu, Siouxsie & the Banshees, Portishead, Massive Attack, both of the Buckleys, Tom Waits, Sigur Ros, Fugazi, the Melvins, Sir Richard Bishop, Primus, Talking Heads, Kaki King, Erik Mongrain, Mazzy Star, Pedro the Lion, & Dax Riggs

Favorite Books:
I pretty much like any type but fiction. My imagination has disintegrated and I usually find that I have less patience when reading books full of far-fetched ideas. So, *gasps*, no Harry Potter for me. I like crude, realistic books full of thoughts of other people the most.
Goodreads! I haven't yet put my whole book library on goodreads, because I A) don't remember ever single book I've read and B) don't have enough time. I apologize.

Favorite Quotes:
"I'm a lover not a fighter, but I'd fight for my lover!" quoted by Duane
"The details of my life are quite inconsequential... very well, where do I begin? My father was a relentlessly self-improving boulangerie owner from Belgium with low grade narcolepsy and a penchant for buggery. My mother was a fifteen year old French prostitute named Chloe with webbed feet. My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. My childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When I was insolent I was placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds- pretty standard really. At the age of twelve I received my first scribe. At the age of fourteen a Zoroastrian named Vilma ritualistically shaved my testicles. There really is nothing like a shorn scrotum... it's breathtaking- I highly suggest you try it."
- Dr. Evil
"Juvenile delinquents are everywhere. Right here in this community. Boys with long hair and tattoos who spit on the sidewalk. Girls who wear tight slacks. Hysterectomy pants, I call them."
-Cry-Baby
"It's because we're so trapped in our culture, in the being of being human on this planet with the brains we have, and the same two arms and two legs everybody has. We're so trapped that any way we could imagine to escape would be just another part of the trap. Anything we want, we're trained to want."

do you? You haven't been there too often?
Probably Fargo
I like them equally. The country can be nice to escape to at times, but the city is a lot of fun.

HAHAHAHA that's the spirit!!!!!!
haha thanks much, I like to think my choice in music pretty much rules.
Very nice choice in music.
Really, what's your favorite film of theirs'?
I think you would like the midwest if you like nature. You only have to drive for about 15 to 20 minutes before you're in the country.

I can also see you're a fan of the Coen Brothers as well, judging by your movies list as well.
Yeah, and for some reason I've always wanted to wander the desert. Not a good idea, but just drifting and having time to yourself is amazing. What are you fond of?
