Hi! My name is Emma and I am 19 years old. I live in Stockholm, Sweden and study at the time being. I will graduate this June though. I love meeting new people and I would like to learn many languages. I've just started studying Korean, and I intend to study at least some French and Spanish once I've ended school. I'm part Korean so it would be fun to meet someone who lives in South Korea. My mother was born and raised in Pusan, so I have relatives there.

I'd want to make new friends my age from all around the world. As I am also a scout it would be fun to meet with other scouts from different parts of the world, but that is of course not a must.

I enjoy reading, being outdoors, disturbing the neighbours by making noises on my saxophone, snowboarding​ (=best feeling ever!!) or just hang out with friends. I also love to travel and try to get away as much as possible.

I like the smell that hits me when I enter the subway or the bicycle room at home. I like camping and watching the stars and sleeping in a tent during stormy weather. And I love laughing until I fall off the chair. Even better is when other people do it with me. And if there's ice on the pools of water on the grounds, I have to step on it.

I listen to different kinds of music, but I like Beatles, Queen, Yann Tiersen, Pink Floyd, Jeff Buckley, Lars Winnerbäck, Les Negresses Vertes, Carla Bruni etc.

Right now it's Sweeney Todd from Tim Burton, because I just saw it yesterday and loved it! :) Other films I like are Amelie from Montmartre, Lion King (I can't help it!), Släpp fångarne loss, det är vår, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Phantom of the Opera and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.

I don't watch TV that much. Most of the shows that are on are a waste of time.

Don't know really, but I like Lord of the Rings, Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close by Jonathan Safran Foer, Kallocain by Karin Boye and Lord of the Flies by William Golding.
