what is the substance of your teachings in communication? I feel its a very good thing you practice Tai Chi Chuan, as meditation so helps us to understand ourselves best and to build intuition so we can best communicate with others. I've leanred many types of meditation and often divert to what meditation has to offer me so I can better act from a centered disposition when challenged . . . or not.
