Hello there, my name is Micaela and I live in Kent, South East England. I'm 5'5" 1/2 in height with black hair and startling blue eyes. Since January 2007 I have lost almost 5 stone in weight and am proud to have done so; I still have some weight to lose but I am happy and getting fit! I have just successfully​ completed a Degree BA(hons) Computing & Design from the World Wide Web from Goldsmiths, University of London, I am hoping to continue in higher education. I work part time at Otium Health & Leisure as a Health Club Assistant.  I have been a Goth since 2002 and have worn nothing but black since then. I am vegetarian . I have been with my boyfriend since June 2006 and have been engaged since May 2007 - I am very happy and madly in love with him.

I enjoy the usual things; movies, music, reading, going out with friends, shopping, going to Camden in London. I am also very much into slimming and getting fit. I am interested in photography and arts. I adore computers and plan to become an Interaction Designer. I love animals and have a huge collection of them including: dogs, cats, rats, mice, chickens, chinchillas,​ fish, gerbils, budgies... I am a rat breeder, particularly​ I breed blue rats and I have experience of breeding spiny mice. I am into sci-fi or fantasy such as vampires, pirates, dr who, harry potter, X-men etc. I also love sailing, and have had a go with a canoe! I like to travel, I have been to many places; my favourites are Paris and Crete. My grandmother lives in France and I enjoy spending time over there with her. One big interest for me is tattoos. So far I have 5 tattoos and I have plans for many more. I have one behind my right shoulder of a tribal black cat, one on my left wrist of the Leo symbol (my starsign) and some stars, my third is the Illuminati Diamond on my left arm and my most recent is the Seal of Rassilion which is on the left side of my chest just under my collar bone, the 5th is a large native american orca design around my right shoulder. I enjoy travel and love Paris which I have been to once, I want to go back!

I like most music; mainly rock, metal etc, however if I hear something which isn't from these genres I won't automaticall​y dislike it. However I hate rap and connected genres. I also like older music, ABBA, Elton John, Queen are favourites.

My favourite movie is "The Crow" but I enjoy most movies. I am not fond of war-movies.  I like some Disney movies oddly enough. I like all Pirate movies as well as most Vampire movies. Interview with a Vampire is excellent. I also enjoy the Harry Potter movies.I like sci-fi and fantasy.  I also can be found watching romantic and comedic movies when the mood strikes.

I used to watch soaps but currently have just stopped watching. I watch programs about dieting/gett​ing fit as inspiration for my current regime. Dr Who/Torchwoo​d is a favourite of mine. I mostly watch whatever happens to be on at the time which doesn't make me totally bored out of my mind. I also love Bones and Roswell!

I mostly enjoy reading books by Anne Rice, Steven King, Dan Brown, Wilbur Smith and other fantasy/sci-​fi type books. Recently I am into Terry Pratchett. I also have gotten into crime books, I recently am into Kathy Reichs.
