Hello Gordan, I´m glad to know that your friend is visiting my city, I´m sure that she will love it. Here is a very exciting, funny and interesting place. Of course there are some non safe areas, but even if she want to visit those places, she can go, just not wearing jewerly or an expensive camera on the sight, and of course, not in the middle of the night :P
I have been living here for 34 years and I never had a bad experience, so tell her to dont feel worry, she will have a lot of fun here :D
And she can contact me and I can give her some tips for good places to visit and advices.
