Exchange Good

I give generously, and good returns to bless me many times over.As I give, I also receive. This applies not only to observable, material giving, but also to the giving of my time toward, and my consideratio​n of, others. Such giving may not be as evident, but the return is there for me. The universe is filled with abundant opportunitie​s to share and exchange with those who are near to or a distance from me. As I give, I receive good in many forms and ways. I may bring joy to someone in one particular instance and receive joy in a completely different circumstance​. In helping a friend find a job, I can realize an opportunity for growth in my own career. After sharing compassion with someone, I may find I feel more understood in another area of my own life. I am grateful for all chances to share with others. I cannot give my good away, for it returns to bless me many times over! "The measure you give will be the measure you get

Healing

The healing life of God infuses my being. I am healthy and strong.As I pray, believing that health and strength are mine, I know complete serenity of mind, heart, and soul. All feelings of stress and anxiety evaporate. Acknowledgin​g God as the source of my health, I align my thoughts and emotions with a serenity that blesses the full functioning of my body and its ability to heal. Praising God for ever-renewin​g life and vitality sends a message of rejuvenation​ to the cells of my being. Awakened spiritually,​ I am expressing life at its highest and best. Prayer and praise are as vital to my well-being as breathing is. Like the breaths I take one after another, prayer and praise are a continuous support of my renewal. I give thanks to God, the source of my health and strength. "Then one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, praising God with a loud voice."​--Luke 17:15
