You can only play 11 players at one time,
There are 15 min in each  quarter,
4 quarters in one game.
Well to start the game there is a coin flip. The winner of the coin flip gets to chose if they want to either kick of the ball to the other team or if they want to receive it.
For offense you can either pass or run the ball, and you try to get it into your end zone.
When your on defense you try to stop the other teams offense any way you can. Usually you watch the other team play to see what they do and you try to come up with a plan to stop them.
