It's both grammar and pronounciati​on. Most German learners never get rid of their accent. Even the Dutch always have an accent although Dutch is rather similar to German.
I've got an anecdote, too. I was talking with a guy from Brazil when I was in Madrid and didn't understand him when he said "Einstein"​.

Hi, I've heard about "Brave new world".​ I found out it's a dystopia like 1984 and probably also worth reading it. I think I'll do so when I've got the time.
