Ni hao Jesse,
My mum has it and when she last saw it, I did see snippets of it, the lead actor is good looking but his acting is very wooden. Do you like Taiwanese dramas a lot, what about Korean dramas and Japanese dramas, are you into them too?
I don't know many Aussie singers and I don't listen to them much, I listen mostly to American singers and Kpop. I think the most popular one at the moment would be Keith Urban since he's married to Nicole Kidman and he has made it big in US.
Okie dokie we've got a deal, signed, stamped, sealed and laminated... haha
Kio tsukete means take care in Japanese.
Zai jian.

Hi Jesse,
I'm afraid that's the only Tagalog song that I have heard of no doubt I'm sure there are others that are more spectacular than this.
Hey I agree with you, anything foc is the best.
I have time, I can wait until Aug but remember no more extension after that... haha
I have exhausted all my resources so I don't know any other sentences in Tagalog but I can do a few others so here's one in Japanese - kio tsukete!
PS: TGIF today, any plans for the weekend?

Hiya Jesse,
I do have some Filipino friends in uni.
Why don’t you like the song? I reckon it has a nice rhythm to it and it is still popular worldwide eventhough it's a very old song. I can’t really remember where I first heard of it but I kinda like it when I did.
If that’s the case so sorry I can’t really help you out, guess you have to do lots of reading into it. I know how to edit subtitles, merge it with AVI and convert it into DVDs’ which I do quite a lot for my mum’s KDramas that she has downloaded from the net.
Your compilation seems to be growing as days go by, do you have an external drive just for them? This is more of a pre-caution, in case your pc malfunction your internal drive might go with it and thus you might lose everything. I experienced it once before so once bitten twice shy, now I save all my downloads onto external drives which I have more than 2TB of it and since they’re portable, I can take them anywhere with me, juts unplug and re-plug, easy peasy.
OK thanks for your well-wishes, I definitely will on both.
Sorry for the mistake, since there are a few languages that I know of, I do get mixed up occasionally. Well I hope I got this right - Magandang araw sayo!

Hi Jesse,
I learn from friends here and there, a language and a sentence here and there, I’ve got quite a good memory for things or rather I should put it this way, only for things that I want to remember and for things that I don’t want to, I can forget within a sec.
Yes you’re right, anak means child in Malay. When I first heard that song Anak by Freddie Aguilar quite sometime ago I did think to myself that Malay must be quite similar to Tagalog.
Chinese, Korean and Japanese are the hardest language to learn and I’ve put them in order, the grammar and words structure are difficult as e.g. ‘We are going to the beach.’ to them it’s said the other way round, ‘The beach we going are.’ or something like that, pretty confusing.
I can still remember some lines in Japanese but the written parts have all been forgotten, it’s utmost important to practice daily when one learns a new language or else everything will go down the drain.
Thanks I will, with 3 bodyguards around I can brave thru any weather… haha
Ok me too, I won’t miss you either… haha
So sorry to hear that your video is out of sync. BTW what format is your video? If it’s an AVI, here’s a site on how to sync the audio and video streams –
http://www.gromkov.com/faq/faq2004-0064.html I hope it’ll be able to help you out, happy reading and trying!
Paalom.

Hiya Jesse,
Kumusta ka? Fancy chancing upon you here, not often I do that must be my lucky day... haha
Probably driving to Sydney since we're quite well verse with it and I reckon there are more sights to see there e.g. Opera House, Three Sisters in the Blue Mountain, climb the Harbor Bridge, Chinatown etc.
I did hear that it's the largest ferry service in the Philippines. I hope the pesticides didn't bring any harm to the humans or to the marine life. Everyone thought that all 800 have perished but I'm glad to hear that there are some survivors amongst them eventhough it's such a small number at 40.
That's a first for me, Tagalog as a second language in NZ's schools. There must be a vast majority of Filipinos living over there. The high school here has a couple of choices as a foreign language, Japanese, French, German etc. It's compulsory that a student must take up at least one of it. I took up Japanese but everything has been forgotten due to lack of practice.
Have you picked up any Chinese thru your trips to China?
It's currently not that cold here or rather I should say on and off on the occasional days. This arvo was about 21C which was beautiful, it's the morning and the night time that can get a bit chilly, some days 10C or below.
I'm going to be at this job until this Fri since next week we'll be going for our trip but who knows we might pack up suddenly these couple of days and just go, so if you see me mia for a few days don't send a search party out for me, you know where I'll be, on my trip.
You too Jesse, ingat ka.

Hi Jesse,
Have you heard of any further news reg. the investigation about the ferry? You’re right, a fair few natural disasters have happened and it’s only the mid of the year, here’s hoping there won’t be anymore to come. I remembered seeing on the world news a month or so back where they found this man crushed underneath a boulder after a week in the earthquake in China, the first thing he asked for was a phone so that he can called his wife to tell her he loves her and that he’s alright and then when they lifted up the boulder to get him out he was dead, it was so sad that I shed some tears thinking life is so short and that one will never know what is going to happen next and that we should live life to the max.
Yeap on vacation now, going to go for an internal trip next week, we have not pre-planned or pre-booked anything for it, we’re just gonna wing it, this I reckon will be much more fun.

Hi Jesee,
I heard about the typhoon and the ferry with 800 people on it missing. I’m so terrible sorry that it has to happen to your country. I don’t understand why do they still let the ferry take off when they knew a typhoon was brewing, so unjustly.
Yes it’s currently winter here, the first month. Weather during the day is fantastic, cool with the sun, it’s during the night that it can get pretty cold.
I’ve been working as a Girl Friday in my dad’s office, did 4 days this week, the first 3 days was pretty boring with nothing much to do except to surf the net to keep myself from dying of boredom but today was great, I was kept on my feet and the time passes by so fast when I have so many things to do which was very good indeed.
Weekend’s here again, what plans do you have for it?

Weekend's here again, doing anything special for it?

OK thanks Jesse.
True I agree with you but showing affections out in the open is still a limited gesture with Asians.
Hey boring life, gotta perk it up and fast... haha
