About Me:

I've come back after a long hiatus out of boredom, hoping to find somebody out there that wants to learn about each other, chat, and maybe send letters back and forth. Anyway, about me:

I'm Jake, a 21 year old guy going to college in Virginia, not quite sure what I want to do with my life. Some things I enjoy are hiking and camping, reading, history, politics, watching news and documentaries, listening to/discussing music and watching/discussing movies, going on spontaneous adventures, and ranting and listening to people rant about random things. I've moved around my entire life, never staying in one place for long(even lived on a fishing boat in Alaska), so I'm really comfortable around all types of people.

People that are looking for a serious friendship. The things I value most in others are honesty, individuality, spontaneity, and a sense of humor. I'm in love with Latin culture, and Latin America in general, so people from that part of the world are especially welcome.

I'd really like to do snail mail with someone if we hit it off; there's nothing like getting a letter from some far off place. Exchanging details about our lives, stories, pictures, etc etc would be great.

Hey Jaume!, Yes I do go to RU, going on my third year actually. I was born and raised in New York, but I have been living in Alexandria, Virginia for about 7 years now. I have alot of family here in Virginia, so I chose to be close to many of them. What school do you currently attend now? and what year are u?
