I go to the gym in Llantrisant on most day's to go for a run on the tread mill. I also go to Tonyrefail to go on the Free Weights and have a dip in their swimming pool. When I have the money, I like to shop in Outfit to buy some tidy clothes, so I can look smart when I go out.
