About Me:
I would'nt really have a particular description of myself,im pretty complex but mainly im usually good humored and usually look for the good out of bad situations.Im in college at the minute studying business. In my first year.At 24.Im a qualified electrician but It finally registered with me that i wanted a degree that gave me plenty of options.Better late than never i suppose.Im looking for honest friendship with people from other countries.Im Very openminded and would love to share experiences, ideas, opinions, secrets(or to jus joke around!)with people who dont judge and are also openminded.Im interested in music(any really depends on the mood...chillout n traditional sometimes then maybe sumthn a little heavier n harder other times...it depends my friends,it just depends :-D)I love travelling because the excitement of the unknown is very cool. it is always cool to experience how other cultures live, meeting new people and creating new friendships.I LOvE movies especially the ones of significance/importance because they provoke thought(deep i know!I can be deep when i want to be!).Comedys are my favourite though.Without laughter and good humour the world be a colder place...cold enough as it is!Anyone who is honest and themselves are always preferable(alot of people seem to make sh!t up for whatever reason),no-one wants emails off people claiming they live in a 3 storey igloo equipped with cable and a jacuzzi...it just wont fly :-)....I realise i use (brackets) alot...if you can be tolerant of this i would appreciate it ;-0
Requests:
Genuine open conversation.whether its to debate, laugh, trade stories or share cultures. To create long-lasting genuine friendships would be cool. The ability to juggle or stand on your head wont be an incentive for me to reply...well,it might be..depends if you can juggle whilst standing on your head(think i'll Youtube or Google that to see if its possible)...In the summer i plan on maybe working in The U.S(maybe Florida for the sunshine factor!),Canada,Australia or New Zealand so to talk with anyone from any of those countries would be a bonus. it would be cool to know someone before i went there to do my 3 month work thing .Im Still open to meeting people from elsewhere of course :-D
Interests, Hobbies, etc.:
I have ALOT of interests and my hobbies are pretty much restricted..mainly due to my inability to commit to stuff :/ I play soccer,go the gym, read books, hang out with friends, watch movies because im a major movie-buff..World cinema, documentaries on war/storms/animals etc etc(No...i am not a geek :p..im just curious!!),.Just last week i signed up for rock-climbing in college so il look forward to that.Hanging off cliffs could be good for me.I would like to maybe, learn a language or two,try skydiving, travel some more(add more destinations to the list!),maybe attempt snowboarding and maybe try my hand at other "extreme" sports...i did all the coasters in Orlando,Florida surely im ready to take the next step?!..then again 6 year olds do the coasters :-/... but sadly they are all on my "to-do"list!
Ive travelled to Italy,France,England,Holland,Germany,Hungary,Greece,Spain,Portugal and the U.S..Most trips made possible by Ryanair and their cheap flights:-D)..but i have'nt travelled through them thouroughly yet.Theres a load of countries i want to visit so i have alot of travellin to do in the future :)

Favorite Music:
Any really its pretty diverse. It depends on my ever changing mood :)..I could list alot of stuff but that would only make me like pretty strange. Its very mixed!
Favorite Movies:
Dark knight, good will hunting, crash, the departed ,braveheart, the pianist, man on fire, what dreams may come(strange choice but somehow it makes the list!!) the bourne series, matrix trilogy, terminator 2 and predator(classics!),wedding crashers and ALOT of war movies(17 in total)..black hawk down would stick out, blood diamond, city of God,Taegukgi,La haine and of course there is alot of comedy. They balance me out :-)..Then there are independant films and documentaries, always thought provoking
Favorite TV Shows:
not a fan of sceduled tv programs and dont watch much tv apart from soccer matches and documentaries.I do have all the scrubs dvds, family guy dvds and alot of stand-up comedy shows though.
Favorite Books:
Bandit country, generation kill,my war, house to house, the tenth insight..I have alot of books i hope to read.I only read historical or non-fiction books. If i want non-fiction i just throw on a DVD.
Favorite Quotes:
"You just have to accept that somedays you are the pigeon and somedays you are the statue"

Hey, how are you? :)
Hey again! No, not for good..just going to Australia for a year to get my master's degree..then who knows where I'll end up after that!! All I know is I'm SOOO excited :)
the storehouse was fun-- we really just went for the view and free guinness... the view was nice. it was a very obligatory tourist thing to do! but i loved temple bar-- while i was there, there were lots of stag parties going on...my friend and i accidentally broke one up! anyway if you go into the temple bar (the temple bar..in temple bar), punch a bartender named michael in the face for me. tell him it's from one of the girls who he tried to give a free water to this summer! haha
yeah, it was a crazy scene...at teh time iw as there i was taking an irish lit class at oxford so it was fun to go to the writers museum and stuff. i was only there for 2 full days, but it was great no less!

So I usually say hello when I look at someone's profile so first of all, hi :)
But second, wow you are one of the few people on here who has actually taken the time to write about themselves and it's great :)
So you're thinking of coming to the US or going to Australia? Well I'm from the US and I'm moving to Australia in February so let me know if you have any questions :)
Anywayyy, wish I could write more but my brain isn't functioning too well at the moment...just did an intensseee workout. Hope all is well!

Brilliant quote! so true...
hey. how's it going? I'm Jenn from Canada.
Did you celebrate halloween? i read online that halloween originated in Celtic cultures! I read on ur profile that you said it's better to broaden ur knowledge and it's better now than later! that's so true, with global economic crisis... u can never be sure what's going to happen next! You should come to Canada, we had hot summers here too! but it depends what part of Canada u visit! lol.

lol I hate gossip magazines. They only thing they are good for is visual stimulation while standing in like at the grocery store :)
