Work in Criminal Justice as a Probation Officer with a wide range of people so I like to think that I am compassionat​e and empathic but like folks to take responsibili​ty for their own actions and believe we all  have to change at times.

typical Brit and rubbish at any other language.

Annoying my kids, burying hamsters in our garden (up to 3 now), trying to get out of going to France on holiday with hubbys family (did not manage this one and now waiting for my Restraining Order to come through),  writing a diary etc.

By the way for those of you who are curious.....​ I do not kill hamsters for fun. They all died naturally (honest Quincy). My youngest did dig one up and hit it with a shovel cos she was mad once but it was dead to begin with. That was a few days after a  time when my friends used to say how stable and  lovely my kids were - they don't say that now!!


We live in a small town in the middle of England. Lucky to have good jobs and a nice house with big garden. I was a nurse and trained in our Army Nursing Corps.

I don't have much time for hobbys but then again I have been writing diaries to my children so their every single day is recorded in pictures and I'm now on number 36!!
I also love art history and both hubby and I love to go to the art galleries/ex​hibitions when we can. I really love renaissance art and was lucky to visit Rome and of course the vatican and Sistine chapel. I'm not religious at all and don't get me wrong I try to live a good life without having to go to church.

Used to be a big Tom Cruise fan so Few Good Men and MI2 certainly up there but after he helter skelterered out on us I had to let him go.
I do think Troy should be free on prescription​ for all 30 ish women because Brad Pitt in a skirt is a gift!!
Looking forward to Angels and Demons.....b​ut is it gong to leave us deflated? What do you think?

Er...... lots and tend to read fast so gobbled up all Harry Potters, Dan Browns  and like thrillers but read trashy knight in shining armours carries off sad whimpy women Mills & Boon trash too.

Just read a fantastic book called "The Art of Glue Making"​ - I couldn't put it down!!! snigger
