I'm a left-wing, feminist, a bit shy & poor student, who loves music, reading, friends, nature, food, (chocolate above all! :) swimming, football (watching!), movies (mainly the non-hollywood-kind), sex etc.
I'm interested in politics, history, languages, the environment, development issues, sociology, communications, information technology and my fellow human-beings among other things :)
When it comes to music I prefer indie, rock, alternative.. and some classical & opera as well.
I do consider myself open-minded, with a good sense of humour and interested in seeing new perspectives on things.
I do in general tend to think (too) much about things, and sometimes my brain overloads and keeps me from sleeping :)
I speak apart from Danish, English, German, some Spanish, a bit of Turkish and bits and pierces of other languages :)
And just for the record; I'm not looking for a boyfriend!! -or a girlfriend for that matter :) And please no money requests either.

Since I tend to spend a lot of time in front of the computer anyways, I'm primarily interested in communicating via email. So, although I love the idea of an old fashioned, romantic, postal letter, it is in many ways much more convenient for me communicating via this medium.

I really enjoy reading many different kinds of books.
I've had a lot of genre-book phases, like when I was younger, I read tons of fantasy. Later on I had my Latin American-literature phase and so on.
Today I enjoy different kinds of fictional books as well as non-fiction.
It doesn't hurt if a book has a philosophical angle :) -or is able to teach me something -about myself, society, a new way of thinking or whatever.
Entertaining books by authors like Terry Pratchett or Douglas Adams will always hold a special place in my heart as well! :)

Yes, I remember we had snow at Easter one year. Maybe it was the same year? :)
Anyway, no snow storm today, everything has been real quiet the whole day, so those weather men should really check their methods.

You are so right :) Do you guys usually get lots of snow there? We get like 3 months a year (Dec, Jan, Feb), but depending on the year it can also snow in October and even April (very rare occasions, though).
Oh, that's too bad... I know exactly how you feel!
We got first snow some three nights ago, and that's this snow that melts during the day. But it has been coming, like, loads of them real big snowflakes today :), which is really really cool. And they predicted snow storm for tomorrow, which should be interesting, should it really happen :)

yes I had a nice birthday; the whole week was full of events and stuff and I was so busy, so the day it was my birthday I didn't want much else but to stay at home, switch of the phone and sleep. And so I did :)
