Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you suffer from social & specific phobias, how do you deal with that anyway? I have been suffering from Agoraphobia and fear of heights for 3 years now. At the beginning I didn't take it too seriously till I found my life quite affected by it. Now I study about anxiety disorders and how to manage them more than any other topics. I've nearly become a specialist in these kind of terrible feelings and thoughts and as it happened I had my first trip by plane last week :-) good luck...
