Bem, Meu nome é Maciel e tenho 25 anos. Moro em Fortaleza, uma das cinco maiores cidades do Brasil. Como Fortaleza é uma cidade litorânea, gosto muito de ir à praia com a galera quando tenho tempo.
Gosto muito de esportes, principalmen​te natação, mas infelizmente​ no momento, como estou com a vida meio corrida, ando apenas malhando.
Gosto muito de ir ao cinema e quando tenho oportunidade​, gosto de sair pra farrear um pouquinho porque ninguém é de ferro né! rsrs
Ultimamente tenho ido a aulas de Forró e estou gostando muito. Acho que já dá pra arriscar alguns passos ;)

Actually, I wanna make friends with people from the four corners of the globe. I do like meeting people and getting to know different cultures.

Also, I'm NOT adding anyone as a friend if I haven't talked to this person at all. I'm learning English, Japanese and German, so that would be also nice if I could get to know native speakers of those languages.

As you must have perceived, one of my hobbies is to study foreign languages. In spite of those three languages I mentioned I've been studying, I have already tried to learn Swedish and Russian. I gave up the former because I didn't have much time nor enough material to study it, and the latter because, well, those who study Russian must already know that you have to dedicate a lot of your time for it, and lately I've been kind of busy :(

Despite languages, I think I'm just an ordinary guy. I enjoy hangin' out with friends, like going to the beach and the movies. I also like going partying whenever I have a chance...wel​l, things like these ones :)

Actually, I like lots of songs from a great variety of music styles, but since you guys are  used or have already been introduced to american, european and even asian music, I've decided to show ya a bit of the brazilian music. :)

This is a typical music style from my region (northeaster​n Brazil), and it is named Forró. It is awesome, especially if you are into dancing it. :)

That's a band from my city and this videoclip was recorded in a Festival that took place in Fortaleza a couple of years back. It was a nice one, and I was there btw.

As you've realized from my readings I'm kinda into thrillers. I also like comedy and scientific fiction and when I'm in the mood I like Romance :D

LOST, Heroes, Supernatural​, Fringe, Friends, The Simpsons and some Animes such as Bleach, Naruto and Death Note of course :)

As to reading, I love those books that catch up your attention and you feel like not being able to stop reading. For Instance:
- Dan Brown (Digital Fortress, Angels & Demons, The Da Vinci Code). -  - Stephen King's suspense stories
- Arthur Conan Doyle

Well, I also like my books on foreign languages as well those on translation :)
