About Me:
Hello.
Thanks for visiting my profile. I wrote a few lines about myself and I hope that you don't consider a waste of time to read them.
I’ve a degree in advertising and work in marketing communication.
My first language is Portuguese, I consider my English good, but I know it's still far from perfect. And the main reason that brings me here at "InterPals Penpals" is to practice my skills on this language.
But I also think that I can learn a lot here about other things. It's important to know different opinions and new points-of-view from people that lives in other Countries. So I would like to share ideas and make friendship with people all over the world.
I'm a straight guy and I would like to talk with anyone interest in friendship and who likes to write more than one line per e-mail.

I speak Portuguese and English. And I'm studying French by myself (but I'm a lazy student so don't expect much.).
Interests, Hobbies, etc.:
Photography and traveling.
Favorite Music:
I must say that I'm a great Frank Sinatra fan. So I like most of his musics and also Billie Holiday, Diana Krall, Tonny Bennett and many others jazz musicians.
I also love The Beatles and other rock bands, as Dire Straits, Pink Floyd and Man at Work.
Bossa Nova is one of the best things that happened in the Brazilian music. So the works of Tom Jobim, Vinícios de Moraes and others are among my favorite musics. Other Brazilian artist that I like a lot is Chico Buarque.
Baroque music is fantastic. I like J.S. Bach and Vivaldi.
I'm certainly not listing every kind of music I like, but one I can not forget to mention is the movie soundtracks. Especially those composed for the movies "The Mission" and "Cinema Paradiso", both by Ennio Morricone

I like the books that talk about adventure, like the narratives of Amyr Klink and Antoine de Saint-Exupery. Their works show how traveling help us to see the world from a new way.
I also like some classic books like Les Miserábles, by Victor Hugo and Hamlet by Shakespeare.
Other authors that worthy mentioning are Ernest Hemingway, Winston Churchill, Agatha Christie, Conan Doyle and Dan Brown (his books is always the same thing, but it's OK when you wanna read something to relax).

I am totally with you on that one my friend, the movies/music/style/life of that time was completely different and in some ways makes the current movies etc. seem terrible. Those eras are golden.
Wow that must have been amazing, I haven't had the chance to see Frank Jnr. yet but hopefully I'll get the chance in the future.
