Inflation
The news, broadcasted further rise in inflation
and provided no reason for this, no information
as far as I’m concerned, this game is to rob the poor
the Apple did not ask for more money, that’s for sure
the cow neither asked more money for milk to be paid
nor said my meat becomes more expensive, I’m afraid
The land did not ask to be unaffordable
Houses didn’t ask to be sold to wealthy people
Plenty of food in the chain stores,
yet homeless have to beg for food at their doors
in the winter fuel companies increase their prices
where is justice in these horrible crises
