Hello everyone,
This is the hard part. I feel I am many people all rolled into one. Some days I am a child with all the wonders of this world amazing me. Some days I am a grown up, with all the pressures of this world hanging on my shoulders. I am goofy a lot of the time, but I have my moments of seriousness also. Everyday is a new beginning and I would not trade any of my past days and memories for anything.
I love to talk with people from all over the world about everyday things, what is common to you is amazing and new to me. I love to laugh and have fun, but can be a very caring friend also.
I enjoy many things and also love to learn new things. I try to keep an open mind and not judge others, for I have never walked in their shoes.I am not looking for any kind of romantic relationships.

World Peace. After that, I would like to talk with people from all areas of the world. I am not looking for romance, especially one with someone from half way around the world from me. Other than that, I would love to talk to anyone who has something interesting to say. I enjoy learning about what others like to do and I might even get a new idea of some things that I would like to try. I am not strict on having only long term friends. If you only want to talk a time or two and move on then that is alright, but I do expect to meet a few friends that endure the test of time (and if that happens, then we are blessed), but even the ones who are only passing thru can enrich our lives with a word or idea.
I would like to have penpals from around the world. I am especially interested with the European countries, but would like friends from all over.

Reading is my passion, I love a good happy ending. I enjoy nature and everything that goes with it, well maybe not bugs. I like to take walks, hiking, camping and mountians. I also like to cook. I have too many interest to list. I like to try anything that I have never tried before (within reason).

I will listen to almost anything. My favorite is 70's & 80's rock and since I live in Texas, it is manditory that I listen to country..lol..but also some classical and modern pop. Really I like almost anything, Rap is the only one that I have not been able to get into, but even some of that is pretty good. Mostly it depends on my mood at the time. The Eagles, Areosmith, G-n-R, Blake Shelton, George Strait, AC/DC, and Pink Floyd are all on my playlist right now. The Wall is one of the greastest albums ever made.

My favorite all time movies are probably--Willow--Lord of the rings--Grease--The Saint--Cold Mountain. The Wall, every time I watch it, I see something new.

I don't watch much TV. When I do I enjoy the Discovery Chanel or Nat-Geo.

Too many!! I love any thing by Christine Feehan, Janet Evonivinch, Johanna Lynsey. I also enjoy some Steven King, John Kellerman, and Anne Rice. I have read most of the classics and still reread many of them.

Thank you Maggie. Imagine my suprise when I logged on and got such a nice welcome! Just a strange topic of conversation....my Mcdonalds meal was a disaster..the coke was lacking ice and I believe 1/3 of it is all over the cup and my hamburger looks like it was attacked by Freddie Kruger..it is leaking ketchup all over my hands, the keyboard, the bag...... I wasn't sure if I should eat it or suture it. Despite all that trauma, I am still having a good day and even better knowing I have a distant friend!
