I hope that you're having a good week so far?  I have been relaxing & reading a book today...it is one that a friend from the hospital radio loaned to me, so I need to get it finished & returned to him soon.

On Friday my parents and I are going on a train ride up to the most northern area of Yorkshire, where it meets the next county of Cumbria.  It is a whole day trip, so we will have to awake early, and won't arrive home until about 8pm in the evening.
But we are all looking forward to it, and hope that the weather is nice on Friday!

Very nice to read your message again.  Have you moved to a different part of Germany to be with your new boyfriend, or are you just visiting him for a few days?  I wish you lots of good luck with your new relationship​.

Today I went to the hospital to have my eyes tested. Since I had an operation on my right eye, I have had these tests done once every three months.
The tests showed that everything is ok, so they will send for me a new appointment in 3 months.

I am glad that the e-card finally arrived and put a smile on your face for your birthday!  It has been very cold here in West Yorkshire today.  My sister sent me a text yesterday and said it had been snowing a little where she lives.  She is in the county of Buckinghamsh​ire, which is about 45 miles north of London.
