Born and bred in Brisbane, Australia. My name's Freya, my father is Japanese and my mums a mixture of Italian, Scottish and Irish! I grew up with my mums side in a family of three strong women, my Mum, Grandma and Aunty, each have all brought me up to be the person I am today, wouldn't of been able to do it without them. I'd say one of my favourite quotes would have to be "Strang​ers are friends you haven't met yet" which I believe 100%! I work hard as a hairdresser at a upmarket salon and love every aspect of it! Hair, fashion, the whole lifestyle! Couldn't think of a better way to make friends from all over the world then this! I'm very interested in different cultures, people and countries, I want to visit at least 7 places on every continent before I die (impossible?​). I think the worst trait in people is ignorance.

Looking for someone around my age, girl or guy doesn't bother me! Any part of the world and similar interests.

Would love to learn new languages..a​ll I know is english :-( and snippets of what I learnt in Japanese class in grade 8 and even less of what I learnt in French class in grade 5 hehe..I might be a slow learner but if your willing to teach, I'm willing to try my best..and vice versa

Have a dangerous addiction to ebay which I'm slowly trying to move away from haha if that's a hobbie? Umm majority of my time I'm working so doesn't really leave much else to do in the way of hobbies! Love the Foo Fighters! Went to their concert recently and have  become a hard-out fan since, but apart from that I'll listen to anything from Frank Sinatra to Marilyn Manson (haha only know one song from MM but I'll still consider myself a fan..ps I'm not a gothic)

One of my all time favourite movies ever is Instinct with Anthony Hopkins and Cuba Gooding Jr, you know, the movies about the gorillas? (Another ps..LOVE GORILLAS! Favourite animal ever!)

Don't really watch too much TV, but will occasionally​ sit down for episodes of law and order, some shows on the lifestyle channel (my mum got me into those) and whatever else..(can't​ stand The Bachelor..if​ you're a fan I'm sorry I don't think it's going to work out hehe)

The collection of books by Jodi Picoult, absolutely love her writing! Highly recommended!​
