Hi Sarah,
I got in Monday night around 9:30 PM. I would have been earlier but had a blow out on the Interstate about 40 miles this side of Nashville around 5:30 and had to call AAA to send someone to change it. I could have done it myself. But, I've paid for the service so figured I'd get something for my membership in AAA. As of this morning, I now have all new tires on the Explorer. The blow out was my own stupid fault. But, I'm a man so let's not go there.
The first place I called for tires wanted over $100.00 more for the same tires than the second place I called and eventually bought the tires. And, this place gives free tire rotation every 5,000 miles. So, I'm down a few dollars but have nice new tires.
I ran into a problem getting gasoline today though. The place I use my free gas cards was totally out and said they would know they had more when the truck pulls up in front. I eventually found Walmart (with long lines) had only the regular grade I use and nothing else. That crap is OK for Nashville and Atlanta. But, they need to cut it out here. With that full tank, I know I can get to the next event I'll attend and back easily with fuel left over.
Even though I cut my finger really good in a class, I had a great week. I'll write it all up as best I can later and send it to you with pictures. The finger is healing well and I don't expect any complications from it. But, it's making typing here a challenge. I do expect to not have feeling in a small portion of it for a while or maybe forever.
Yesterday was spent licking my wounds and washing clothes. I think I washed three or four loads. I also drug out a dripping wet tent to spread out on my screened in porch to dry and unloaded all my junk except sleeping bags from the Explorer so I could take it to get tires.
I also picked up some lettuce and fruit while I was out.
I'll try to get the trip written up properly (or improperly) as soo

Hello Betty,
I have only been to Arkansas to canoe the Buffalo River several times. Twice I went 106 miles on it camping over night on sand bars. I did it once alone that distance and once with a buddy. I was on it about 60 miles or so once with a buddy and once with my cousin who is a month older than I am.
The address to listen to my music is below. If it shows blue on your message screen, you can simply click on it and it will take you to my site. If it does not show blue, you would have to copy it and past it on the top of your screen where it shows the web site address and click "GO".

I have a BS degree in Biology and would probably be very intereted in the wild life at your park. And, some of my hobbies are studying edible wild plants and foraging in general.
All my best,
Coyote
