i'm Miriam and i am a 19-year-old student living in vienna (well, that's already mentioned above but hey;-)).

about me:
i'm shy and very talkative...​and no, that's not a contradictio​n ;D

my first language is german, so if someone needs some advice, i'm glad to help out. it can be a nasty language;D

i speak english fluently but i'm still far away from perfect. and i'm currently learning russian (i study slavic studies at university, so this is my main goal right now) and chinese (just for fun), but don't try to make conversation​ with me in these languages, it won't work...yet;-​)
and i don't care where my pen pals come from, as long as they understand german or english:-)

yeah, and I'm addicted to stuff about the greek and roman world (as you can see further down), even if i know some of the movies are rubbish (*cough*300*​cough*). i would be glad if there's someone who shares my interests but you really don't have to. there are lot's of other things i love talking about too:-)
