So here we go, take a walk with me while I tell you a little bit about myself.  Three words to describe me are self assured, impulsive, irrepressibl​e.  Self discovery and self improvement are constants in my life.  They, along with family and friends motivate me on this journey called life.  To someone on the outside looking in I may seem like a social butterfly, but deep down I prefer to spread my wings in solitude.  I prefer small groups to big crowds.  My favorite color is purple and when I am reincarnated​ in the next life I want to be a redhead.  And 5’8’’ with long legs.  I love love love to read.  Books do take you places when your pocketbook cannot.  I have a low tolerance for stupidity and ignorance.  And disrespect.  And construction​ workers who whistle and wink at you when you walk by.  And little ankle biter dogs that bark until your eardrums bleed.  I like to drive fast.  When I finally make it to Europe I am renting a sports car and getting on the Autobahn!!  Watch out now!!  Other places I must visit are Greece, Australia, Tokyo, Italy, Morocco, the Azores and the Fiji Islands.  And of course Hamburg.  If you are from these beautiful places please share with me special spots you think I should not miss!  I do not spend much effort on worrying about what others think of me.  I love a good laugh so I welcome all with quick wit and a good sense of humor!  I am extremely adaptable to new people and places.  A childhood spent in the military will do that for you…
I do really like people.  I like to discover another person's perspective on things because, like children, they can open my eyes to things in a new light.  It really fascinates me how our backgrounds,​ personality and environment can make many people see or experience the same thing and have a different perception of it.
Not so great - I procrastinat​e.  A lot.

ITALIAN - Okay so I am going to learn this beautiful language, I learned Spanish three times so I think this is a doable goal.

Photography (natural light is best for me!).  I really like to take pictures of people.  I also bellydance.  I really like Arabic music.

Music moves me in ways that are unimaginable​...currently​ I am listening to this song by Richard Bona.  He has the voice of an angel.

The Fifth Element is my all time favorite movie.  Well any movie with Bruce Willis in it (with a few exceptions).​  I love all sci fi flicks.  Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Stargate, Matrix,Trans​formers (Optimus Prime rules!).  Forrest Gump.  And many more.  I don't do "chick flicks"​.  Annie and The Wizard of Oz are the only musicals I can tolerate.

Don't have much time for TV.  But I just got I DVR so I just record then watch when I have time.
