What you need:

250 ml WATER

100 gr BUTTER

150 gr FLOUR

  4 EGGS

bit SALT

2x 250 ml WHIPPED CREAM

CHOCOLATE- SAUCE


HOW TO DO:


FIRST:

Bring oven to 200 degree Celcius

 
SECOND:

Bring Water, Butter and Salt to the boil.
Add the flour and mix it as well.
Let it roast about 2 minutes and keep on mixing until the clump
is detaching.

THIRD:

Fill into a plastic bowl an mix the eggs
one after the other in (that´s very important!!!​!!)
Use therefore the dough hooks.
Take some baking paper on the baking tin and fill
the lump into a piping bag.
Bring about table tennis ball sized "balls"​ on the tin.
Look for an spacing of about a few cm in between of them,
because they will grow!!!
Give the tin into the oven for about 20 minutes they should
get tawny coulored.

FOURTH:

Cut them as long as they are hot but not completely through.

Fill them when they are cold (takes about 5 min.)
with whipped cream or vanilla ice and decorate with chocolate sauce.
