I'm a bonafide bibliophile who is always ready for a long conversation​ regardless of its medium!

I'm rather antsy because of how small AND dense Singapore is. Not a very good combination.​ It might work for some but I have the infamous traveller's itch and spending more than a month on this concrete island can drive me insane.

What else can I say?

I am highly curious about literally everything at the expense of good manners so forgive me if I ask you something which you consider rude or offensive. It's just my cursed curiosity on high!

And no, I am not backward or narrow minded just because I wear the hijaab. It's a choice, not an oppression. Feel free to ask me as many questions about that as you want. I do so love answering questions as much as asking them.

It sure sucks being a victim of a stereotype, though.

When I'm not having my nose buried in a book, I enjoy playing the guitar and taking photographs.​ (Bought a DSLR recently and just went mad.)

I'm not much of a globe trekker despite having the itch but I've been to the Philippines (I miss you, Philippines!​), Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. I'm planning on going to Egypt this December and can hardly wait! Also, I'm going on a road trip across America come May 2010! So Americans, would love to hear from you!

I would love to have a corresponden​ce with someone who is fluent in the English language. All the ink in the world wouldn't be enough to scrawl the things we can share with each other on pen and paper! Long letters are a must!

I don't really give a darn about gender/age/s​exual orientation/​religion/rac​e/social status/natio​nality and all those silly labels people like to stick to your forehead.

As long as you see me as a human being, not as the image painted by mass media, popular people and idiots, you're good in my books.
