Oh, you are going to have SUCH a good time. :) When you're in California, are you going to go Southern California or no?  San Francisco I would imagine?  I love a little town in Southern California (otherwise fondly called So Cal) called San Clemente.  In the summer they even having surfing competitions​ there.  I also like Mission Beach - I have a picture of that beach on my Myspace.

Couch Surfing!  I'm a member, though I've not met anyone through there yet.  There have been a few people contact me, but nothing to mention.  One guy wanted to "bunk"​ so he could attend some sporting event with his kids. lol  I'm sure you're going to have a great time!

Yes, I've been to Germany... now two years ago.  I loved the country - didn't want to come home! (; ) Though I say that regardless of where I go... it's always so much more fun being on vacation than off of it! hehe)

How cool!!! Well, best wishes for a wonderful holiday in the States.  Is this your first time visiting? :) Are you staying with friends or doing the hotel thing?  Hope you have a wonderful time!!  :) I know exactly how excited you must be... I remember feeling that way before going to Germany!

Hey, danke für Deine Antwort :o) Ich werde mir wohl auch eine Audio-CD zulegen. Mein Englisch ist ja super, da mein Freund kein Deutsch kann und wir uns nur in Englisch unterhalten.​ Wollte ja einen Kurs machen, als ich in Irland gelebt hab, aber dazu hatte ich bei einer 50-Stunden Arbeitswoche​ keine Zeit...

Hi Kirsten, Du lernst Irisch? Das ist ja toll! Ich würde das auch total gerne lernen, zumal mein Verlobter Ire ist. Allerdings kann er das nur bruchstückha​ft von der Schule damals. Ich würde sooo gerne Irisch lernen. Gehst Du in einen Kurs oder lernst Du per CD?
