Haha, and no New York isn't really like The Sex and the City episodes, unless you are really rich. There are people like that though, unfortuately​ I'm not one of them. I can't afford that lifestyle :)

That is cool. Where in New York are you going? My favourite place to go is Brighton beach - it is right by Coney Island, and all the Russian immigrants live there. It is truly a great experience if you have time. If you want any more suggestions,​ I'll be happy to give them to you.

Just send me a message when you get into town. I have lived in New York City  all of my life. One tip I can give you, is to avoid the electronics stores in Times Square. They will rip you off!!! If you need any photography,​video or electronics item head to B&H photo on 34th and ninth avenue. I have made purchases their in the past  and never regretted it! You also should take some time to venture outside of Manhattan and see some of the vibrant ethnic neighborhood​s we are famous for.
