I hate most vegetarians, you know what most of them act like they are so much better than everyone else and so enlightened and I do hate they tell me eating meat is "murder" but it doesn't mean that I hate vegetarianism itself, I know there are many good reasons to be vegetarian.
But I am a meat eater, and I just can't live without meat!!

Pfft..as long as they shut up, what's the problem with them? After all, it just means MORE FOOD for people like you and me.

Ok, I get the problem with them judging you, calling you a murder and bla bla bla, but just answer back:

"WELL..YOU STEAL THE FOOD FROM MOST ANIMALS SO YOU'RE A TORTURIST! Think how many cute little bunnies we could have rescued if you had'nt eated those carrots yesterday!"

Hiya ... I am vegetarian ... but don't worry I'm not here to call anyone a murderer haha.
I know a lot of vegetarians like that ... and I find it wrong ... who are they to judge.
You are probably all thinking I'm a hypocrite. But actually the reason I don't eat meat is because of the taste (yes I have eaten meat before.) Lots of people disliked brocolli or brussel sprouts growing up ... I disliked meat ... I know some people probably think that's weird. But it's just how it is.
I think if you like meat then fine as long as no one is forcing me to eat it, it's really their choice.
I don't get people who look down upon others or try to make them stop. Then they flip out when people do the vice versa to them. *roll eyes*
Anyways thats my two cents worth. Sorry if I upset anyone.

In your position I would not be worried that I had offended Norfire.....I would be extremely worried if I was thinking the SAME as Norfire, however!

If that doesn't set off alarm bells with regard to your sanity, there's something VERY wrong!

For several years in my teens/early 20s I was a vegetarian. However, I missed bacon and sausages SOOOOO much I gave up. I should try again seeing as there's so many meat free alternatives so widely available.

Oh yeah, Norfire....with regard to our 'on going' private debate about carbon emissions/global warming intensive production of livestock means a lot of methane is produced (cows farting!) which is a far more potent greenhouse gas than CO2.
