Rise of the feathered dinosaurs is an article in Nature which starts out with this... "An exceptionally well-preserved fossil hints that feathers might have been a feature of all dinosaurs."

Well.... this latest find is not really feathers... but as the article says, this fossil has “vertical skin structures that might represent follicles".
To help our imagination, there is also a sketch of POSSIBLE follicles, along with this caption "interpretative drawing showing possible follicles".
Historical science ....interpretations... if you want feathers, you see feathers.
Did 50 ton dinosaurs really have feathers?
