I do like the result of what I program, but I dont like programming at all ;x (C, C++, C#)
The same feeling
Same with me too.
Maybe the programming is not our passion? Maybe we should try to work as software development manager?
No no no, software development managers are people who have no *talent* for programming!
Maybe bad software development managers are people who have no *talent* for programming, and good managers have programming background? I think that if you want to manage something you must to know much about it

That was more tongue in cheek than it sounded :p Some of the best managers I've ever had knew the least about software design and programming. One had her degree in magnetohydrodynamics, the other was a retired Navy officer who I don't think had done much programming since cobol was popular! My current managers are very competent software engineers _and_ good managers.
I think the more comfortable someone is with abstract ideas the better they are at management - or practically any other task. The worst managers I've had were all excellent assembly language programmers. Managers need to think about getting the project done, not how to do each step of every task and programmers (vs. designers) invariably spend (waste) too much time thinking about the details.
I mostly have to code in c# now but C/C++ is still my language of choice.
