Hey you!  Yes, you.  Let's be penpals!  I'm looking for friends from around the world, so that includes you by default.   I might have a special interest in Asian countries, but don't let that stop you.

As for me!  My name is Ryan and I'm a 21 year old college student looking to become an art teacher someday.  I value creativity above all things, so as such I draw comics, make stupid videos, and play the guitar badly.  Mentally I'm somewhere between a wide-eyed child and a crotchety old man.  So, while I really like flying kites, at the same time, I complain about the wind.  I've been known to buy and eat a bunch of gummy worms even though I know I'll have an awful stomachache later.  I live life contradictor​y and I don't really have a problem with that!

I'd like to be penpals with anybody from anywhere, but preferably someone around my age.  I'm up for email, snail mail, whatever!  Additionally​, I'd really appreciate someone to share movies, music, books, etc. with.  I'm constantly looking for stuff like that and I promise I'll return the favor!

I took a few semesters of both Japanese and Spanish, but don't expect much!  I'd really like to get some practice in either.
