I like going for walks.   I am also lucky to have my own personal trainer (OK -  On my WII fit but does that not count??) . I'm a fan of Snail Mail and postcard swopping ( postcrossing​.com )

I will listen to almost anything that makes me feel good (Except Heavy rock or Metal)

I'll watch most movies  (except horrors and sci-fi)

If a programme seems entertaining​ or interesting I'll watch it but I'm not glued to the set.

I read everything and anything.  (but not sci fi)
