Hello!  My name is Laura.  I'm 26, and I live just west of Boston in the US.  I work part time as a cake decorator in a bakery, and I love my job!  It's lots of fun.   I earned a degree to become a high school French teacher, but now I'm back in school to become a librarian.  :) 

I like to discuss everyday life, family, culture, the news, world issues, movies, music, hobbies - anything really!  I'm very open-minded and never try to pass my beliefs or opinions onto anyone else.

Lately, I'm really crazy about collecting postcards and writing to my penpals.  So, I'd really love to meet some new postcard pals.  For anyone who's not sure what that is - it is penpals who write and send postcards instead of letters.  That way you get to see a different view of your pal's country and culture along with a short message.  It's a lot of fun, so if you're interested, even if you live in the US, don't hesitate to send me a message!  :)  I have lots of beautiful cards to send from New England.
