Hello, I am 64 years old, happilly married with two adult children, I am a retired Environmenta​l Health Officer and want to learn french in preparation for a visit to france with my wife to have a canal boat holiday. I was born in Liverpool England, was a sailor for 5 years then came out to NZ in 1965, I have also lived for 2 years in Australia.

I want a friend, male or female that i can chat with on a semi regular basis, I can help them practice/ learn English and they can do the same for me with French.

I am interested meeting new people but do not want any emotional/ sexual commitments.​ I am not looking for a partner/ wife. Don't ask me for money and no scams .

I enjoy watching cricket and rugby, painting watercolours​, playing the guitar and am also learning to play the piano and piano accordion.
