About Me:
Hi ~ I am an English lady with lots of interests and am looking for any female who would like to write. I am happily married, 38 years old and my interests include music (listening to most types plus playing the bassoon),F1 motor racing,walking, travelling, reading, my garden and cooking new recipes when I have time!
Requests:
Any females who would like to write either snailmail or email. Age doesn't matter as long as friends stay in touch and don't just write once or twice and then disappear.
Interests, Hobbies, etc.:
Lots of things but the main ones are - playing the bassoon, listening to music, walking, nature, cooking, eating in nice restaurants, F1 racing, writing letters, travelling the world, other countries....
Favorite Music:
Varies from some classical all the way to modern - favourites include The Feeling, Queen, Elton John, Alan parsons, Rossi (from Madagascar), Katie Melua, the musical Blood Brothers, Meatloaf, and loads of others!
Favorite Movies:
No favourite ones really but particularly enjoy ones based on true life - "The World's fastest Indian", "Shakleton". Also like "Nightmare before Christmas", "Shrek 1" and some Studio Ghibli productions (Japanese animé)
Favorite TV Shows:
Nature ones and ones exploring other countries. Bruce Parry's "Tribe" series.
Favorite Books:
mainly biographical ones linked to animals and/or travel (Gerald Durrell, Christopher Stewart) Currently reading a diary by a Serbian girl from the early 1990s.

Hi there, I see you like F1 racing, so I take it you might be going to donnington when the british grand prix starts there in 2009/10. I'm hoping to go myself just to see it live for once instead of seeing it on TV.

The following week, some one is leaving to go and sail in the caribeen for 6 months, it just seems to all come at once, and nothing ever gets spread aroound. And when your off but your other half isn't it's so boreing.

i go away next weekend for a night, to a friends house in yorkshire, than normally i spend Christmas day at home with the folks.
We finsh work on the 23rd, off 24, 25, 26, & 1st Jan, than it's back with nose to the grind stone. What about you, have you got much off work?

i love my job, i work about 5/6 miles from home.

last time i flew from Ema is was in septmber to go to Jersey in the channel islands. Thats the only time i ever fly from there, i used the air link buss alot, when we went to USA, candana and cario.
