A person of colour I would say is anyone who isn't white (though the definition of white is different in different places) so that would of course east Asian people too. I mean, look how white men sexualizes Asian women that's a very good example of racism and sexism working together against women of colour.

The foundation of feminism (according to me) is that there is a patriarchy system working to men's advantage and oppress women. I also believe that different kind of oppression work together. For example a woman of colour will experience a combination of both sexism and racism while a man of color will experience racism alone and a white woman will experience sexism alone.
