I only caught the end of his set though, for a reason that now escapes me. So, how goes life/summer? The lag in my response stems from my being out of town for as long as I can remember.

Yeaa, i am :) You should try it too! It is the best thing in the world! And its addictive.. Haha. I used to do Taekwondo but quit and got into MMA which is the best of all the martial arts mixed togeter. Its just like you see in the UFC if you watch that :)
