ค่อ​ย ๆ  doesn't mean slowly?  yep but if u want to say ' i want to write thai from basic ' we use ผมอยากเขียนภ​าษไทยแบบค่อย​เป็นค่อยไป


ผมอยากเขียนภ​าษาไทยบ่อยๆ  means usually

ถ้าคุณมีอะไร​­​ภาษาญี่ปุ่​น­ ' ถามผมซินัะ ' means ask me, aren't u ?
if u want to say 'u can ask me ' ถามผมได้นะ ^__________^​
